ROOF TILE COATING

 

  • Composition and Properties

  • GEMCOAT HB is a water based exterior roof tile coating

  • It is formulated to be quick drying, especially when dried in an oven.

  • Physical properties

  • Appearance: flat

  • Odour: low odour

  • Flammability: non flammable

  • Coverage: 5 m2/litre @ 200 microns wet (theoretical )

  • Weight solids: 50% (theoretical)

  • Dry Film Thickness: 100 microns (theoretical l)

  • Clean up: Water Shelf life: 12 months

  • Packaging 20L pails, 200L drums

  • Method of Application

  • GEMCOAT HB Primer is applied by brush, roller, or spray.

  • Stir contents thoroughly before and during use.

  • Do not apply paint if temperature is likely to go below 10 ° C, unless oven drying.

  • Handling Precautions

  • When spraying avoid inhalation of spray droplets.

  • Keep away from children.
