GEMCOAT EIS is low
viscosity, two pot epoxy resin for injection into concrete substrates in
need of repair.

It is formulated at low
viscosity to allow penetration into concrete substrates.

It has low temperature
cure and will tolerate damp surfaces and less than perfect surface
preparation.

Surface Preparation
-
If subject to acid attack
the concrete should be treated with caustic until a neutral pH is
achieved.

Damp substrates can be
treated but free standing water should be avoided.

Drill holes along crack to
the depth required.

Method of Application
-
Add by volume 1 part
hardener (part B) to 1 part base (part A) and power
-
Mix together thoroughly.

Apply with suitable
injection equipment.

Small mixes (2 litres) are
recommended until familiar with the product.

Allow to cure for 24 hours
- full cure is achieved in 7 days.

Handling Precautions

Avoid contact with eyes
and skin.

Do not ingest.

Use with adequate
ventilation.

Protective clothing ,eye
protection, and gloves should be worn.

Do not breathe vapor or
spray.

Keep away from children.
