GEMCOAT PR 2:1 is a
solvent free, two pot epoxy potting resin.

It is formulated to give
an extremely hard , resistant resin for encapsulating electrical
components.

GEMCOAT PR 2:1 is a 2 pot
product.
-
Add 1 part hardner to 2
parts base by volume and thoroughly mix – a maximum of 3 litres at a
time is recommended.

Warming base & hardener in
hot water to 30-40 C before mixing will aid air release and speed up
cure – viscosity will be similar to water at this temperature.

Pot life will be reduced.

Handling Precautions

Avoid contact with eyes
and skin.

Do not ingest.

Use with adequate
ventilation.

Protective clothing ,eye
protection, and gloves should be worn.

Do not breathe vapour.

Keep away from children.
