Composition and Properties

GEMPREP 2000 is a powerful water based, low toxicity,
biodegradable, environmentally friendly degreaser.

It is formulated to remove grease and other contaminants
from painted and other surfaces to enable over coating without a high
degree of surface preparation, especially on industrial paints such as 2
pot epoxies, and 2 pot urethanes.

It is normally used neat but can be diluted with water up
to 10 parts for restoration of aged painted surfaces, or general
cleaning and degreasing.

Method of Application

GEMPREP 2000 can be applied by pump spray pot or brush
and is normally left for up to 15 minutes.

Scrubbing with a broom will assist in removing difficult
to remove residues.

It can then be rinsed or water blasted off with water.

DO NOT allow to dry on to the surface or a whitish
residue will be left on the surface and reapplication of GEMPREP 2000
will be necessary to remove this residue.

Keep
away from children.

Avoid
contact with eyes and skin.Do not ingest.

Protective clothing, eye protection, and gloves should be worn.
