GEMSTICK FC II
is a solvent free 2 part fast set adhesive suitable for small hand mixes
or for gun application.

It is formulated for gluing wood , metal, concrete,
fibreglass , and some plastics.

It is normally tack free after 2-10 min cure (>1mm
thickness) depending on ambient temperature.

It will cure at low temperatures, has a convenient 1:1
mix ratio , and low odour.

It is supplied as a liquid or paste.

It
has been used by hobbyists , crafts , wood turners, boat builders,
flooring contractors etc.

Surface Preparation
-
All oil, grease , loose material ,and other contaminants must be
removed.

Consult GemCo before gluing non ferrous metals & plastics.

Method of Application
-
GEMSTICK FC II 1:1 can be hand mixed in small quantities
or applied by gun through a disposable static mixer attached to a gun.

GEMSTICK FC II 1:1 will be slightly rubbery in the early
stages of cure.

GEMSTICK FC II 1:1 can be over coated with most
adhesives, or coatings providing it is thoroughly sanded.

Handling Precautions

Avoid contact with eyes
and skin.

Do not ingest.

Use with adequate
ventilation.

Protective clothing ,eye
protection, and gloves should be worn.

Do not breathe vapor or
spray.

Keep away from children.
