GEMCOAT ES-WB is a low sheen
, water based, epoxy resin formulated for use as a hard, resistant, clear
or pigmented sealer for concrete floors.

It has very good impact
resistance, flexibility, and colour stability.

It has a low viscosity for
ease of application. The clear version is particularly suited to
application over ground concrete.

Preparation
-
All contaminants must be
removed from surfaces to be sealed.

A test patch is recommended
if the product has not been used before.

Sanding between coats is
recommended if more than 24 hours has elapsed

Method of Application
-
Add 1 part hardener to 1
parts base (by volume) and thoroughly mix - a drill with a mixing blade is
required.

GEMCOAT ES-WB is applied by
brush, roller, or spray.
-
GEMCOAT ES-WB should be recoated within 24 hours – sanding between coats
is recommended after 24 hours.

Handling Precautions

Avoid contact with eyes and
skin.

Do not ingest.

Use with adequate
ventilation.

Use a respirator in confined
spaces.

Protective clothing ,eye
protection, and gloves should be worn.

Keep away from children.
