Solvent free, low slip, self levelling two pot epoxy floor coating. It is suitable for application alone or over GEMCOAT EFS epoxy sealer. It is formulated to give a hard , resistant coating which is capable of handling most floor traffic. It is ideal for factory floors, dairy sheds, changing rooms, toilet & shower blocks etc. It has low temperature cure and will tolerate damp substrates and less than perfect surface preparation.

4.164 GEMCOAT EFT is a solvent free, aggregate filled, low slip, three part epoxy floor topping. It us suitable for application over 4.150 GEMCOAT EFS epoxy sealer by trowel. It is formulated to give a hard , resistant topping which is capable of handling most floor traffic, and is resistant to most acids & alkalais. It is ideal for factory floors, chemical bunds, etc. It has low temperature cure and if applied over 4.150 GEMCOAT EFS will tolerate damp substrates and less than perfect surface preparation.

SafetyCrete Repair Mortar is a 3-part fast cure non slip repair mortar. 2 litres Part A (base) + 2 litres Part B (hardener) + 7 litres Part C (aggregate) are mixed. Product is then poured on to the floor, then spread by trowel and left to level. It is then completely covered in non-slip granules. SafetyCrete Repair Mortar cure is quicker when hot and slower when cold. Tolerant of damp and poorly prepared substrates and will cure at low temperatures. Resistant to most acid & alkali based cleaning chemicals. Particularly suited to repair of dairy shed floors.

4.151 GEMCOAT ES 1:1 is a pour on, two pot epoxy resin formulated for use as a hard, resistant, clear sealer for timber, fiberglass, and other substrates. It is a convenient 1:1 mix ratio and is commonly used for decoupage applications.

Gemrez Cove LV 2:1 is a low viscosity resin system  design for use with high levels of aggregate fillers. It  exhibits good pot life when mixed with quartz  aggregate such as J61W, but with rapid hardness  development. It has excellent tolerance to damp surfaces and can  cure down to 5°C. It can also be used as a primer for binding aged and  deteriorating concrete floors

Preparation
• A test patch is recommended on a new substrate or if the product has not been used before.
• All surfaces to be clean, dry, and free of loose material
Application
• For best results store, apply, & cure resin at temperature of 25 ° C.
• Part A contains fillers so must be well stirred with a power drill and blade first
• Add 1 part hardener to 5 parts base (by weight) and thoroughly mix with a power drill and blade
• Allow to sit for a few minutes to release air bubbles
• Pour into cavity to be filled and leave product to self level
• Cure can be accelerated by curing @ room temperature then post cure for 4 hours @ 50 ° C.
Handling Precautions
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not ingest. Use with adequate ventilation.
• Wear protective clothing, safety glasses, and gloves. Keep away from children.

A UV resistant casting resin with very good air release. It can be poured up to 50 mm deep depending on amount mixed - test first. It is formulated for use in the construction, timber, electrical, & marine industries. Particularly suited to River Tables and similar.

4.153 GEMREZ LR 2:1 is a sealer & laminating resin for fibreglass, timber, concrete, and other materials It is particularly suited to manufacture of surfboards due to its outstanding clarity and UV resistance. In addition to laminating it can be used as an adhesive, and a clear finish coat. When filled with Qcels, microballoons, or similar it can be used as a sandable filling coat. It has excellent impact resistance and flexibility. GEMREZ LR 2:1 has low odour and pleasant handling characteristics. It can be tinted with the correct tinters & dyes - contact GemCo Ltd. GEMREZ LR 2:1 is suitable for use in the construction, timber, electrical, & marine industries.

7.110 GEMSTICK FC I is a solvent free 2 part, medium fast cure epoxy adhesive. It is formulated for gluing wood, metal, concrete, fibreglass and similar substrates. It is usually tack free and can be handled after 1-4 hours depending on temperature. It will cure at low temperatures and is tolerant of damp and less than perfect surfaces. 7.110 GEMSTOP FC1 is a 2 part, medium fast cure, knife or trowel, epoxy putty. It is formulated for stopping plywood and similar applications. It has medium fast cure and can be sanded in 3-4 hours at 20 deg Celsius. It has been used by hobbyists, crafts, wood turners, boat builders, flooring contractors etc.

7.112 GEMSTOP FC II is a solvent free 2 part fast set putty. It is formulated for stopping and filling wood , metal, concrete, fibreglass and similar substrates. It is normally tack free in 1 mm film thickness after 0.5 - 2 min cure depending on ambient temperature. It will cure at low temperatures. It is supplied in a convenient 1:1 mix ratio to be mixed with a putty knife or similar. GEMPREP 2000 is a powerful water based, low toxicity, biodegradable, environmentally friendly degreaser. It is formulated to remove grease and other contaminants from painted and other surfaces to enable over coating without a high degree of surface preparation, especially on industrial paints such as 2 pot epoxies, and 2 pot urethanes. It is normally used neat but can be diluted with water up to 10 parts for restoration of aged painted surfaces, or general cleaning and degreasing.

4.130 GEMCOAT SAG is a clear water based environmentally friendly based sacrificial anti graffiti coating which can be applied over most painted and unpainted surfaces to protect them from graffiti attack. It can also be used as a release agent for glues, resins, paint etc. It is formulated to allow removal of common forms of graffiti from surfaces painted with GEMCOAT SAG. This includes aerosol paints such as enamels and fluorescent lacquers,and felt tip inks. It functions by allowing a small portion of the coating to be removed with the graffiti. The area cleaned of graffiti is then recoated with 4.130 GEMCOAT SAG. To remove graffiti with minimal damage to the coating GEMSTRIP GA graffiti remover is recommended. 4.130 GEMCOAT SAG will remain effective , if not removed, for up to 10 years when correctly applied to properly prepared surfaces.

GEMSTRIP C GEL is a powerful low toxicity water and solvent based graffiti remover activated by an organic acid. It does not contain materials suspected of causing cancer commonly used in powerful graffiti removers such as methylene chloride, and phenol. Formulated for use as a chemical resistant primer under 4.167 GEMCOAT CR 1:1 chemical & abrasion resistant It is supplied as a gel. It has been used by hobbyists, crafts, wood turners, flooring contractors etc. Can be applied over damp surfaces, and can cure below 0° C. Formulated for use as a chemical resistant primer under 4.167 GEMCOAT CR 1:1 chemical & abrasion resistant coating, and 4.169 GEMCOAT CRT & CRT-SL chemical & abrasion resistant toppings. Can be reinforced with binder free fibreglass, and other fibres – consult GemCo.

Resistant to most concentrated acids & alkalis, and other common chemicals – consult with GemCo for suitability. Can be applied over 4.155 Gemrez CR1:1 primer on difficult surfaces.

Solvent based epoxy coating which can be applied by brush or roller. It is formulated as a chemical resistant lining for concrete, steel, and fiberglass tanks, and secondary containment (bunds) exposed to immersion and splash & spillage of chemicals. It is formulated to have resistance to most concentrated acids & alkalais , and many other commonly used chemicals – consult with GemCo for suitability for use. It has good resistance to elevated temperatures. Three coats of 4.171 GEMCOAT CR 2:1 are recommended over the top of 4.155 GEMREZ CR 1:1 chemical resistant resin.
